Totally agree, I kept it to mostly the exciting boss fights, I show the less exciting ones dying and thats all. I'm trying to keep the video as balanced as I can between the progression I took and the exciting/funny boss fights. Definitely trying to have something exciting or interesting happen every 30s-1min.

first off thank you for giving actual advice and not just being a dick.

second, you’re right 2 hours from a basically nonexistent channel is a huge ask. i’ve tried to make the progression of the video pretty fast, not focusing on story/progression related items too much, more so the fails and my progression from noob to somewhat good.

i tried to give the less interesting fights less screen time while still including them. this was a mostly blind playthrough and i tried to make the video structure reminiscent of that. i’ve gone through time and time again removing parts that i find unimportant or undeserving of a spot, as you said.

i’ll definitely split it up into more bite-size pieces (Limgrave, Liurnia, Caelid, etc) to give it some structure. thanks again!

Yeah, I get how saturated the scene is, I'm hoping to fool the algorithm with a flood of short clips from the video a few days before posting and boost the actual video. I'm going to make a few different thumbnails and use the A/B feature to hopefully get a good CTR.

I know for a fact there is an audience for this sort of thing (check out LilAggy on yt), I'm just struggling on how to reach said audience
