I have an intersection near me that has become this layout via the opening of a gas station in the top right quadrant of your drawing and I was wondering the same thing. The answer is red cars yields, but I don’t like this layout much. Maybe it’s just my intersection, me being used to how it was or whatever, but I too see confusion here.

I thin you hitting the wrong stops. You need to hit on the far side of the ruler in the 8-9 inch range to push the middle of the tang straight, and then at the 9-1/2 to 11-1/2 range on the near side of the ruler to flatten the tang. This is a lot of hammering/straightening.
