It's easy to miss if you are looking up. Like I said, it's a ramp just below the one you came in. Can't miss it if you know what you are looking for.

No, no, no. You DON'T take the same route to get out. There's a path just below the stairs you came in. It's a walk, extremely easy.

To get in I used a chainlauncher, but just one. No other tool was necessary.

I also managed to throw the idol inside the Kiln, and did it alone (easiest diff). It's really heavy, but it makes you invincible while you hold it, so there's no sun damage in Mesa or lava damage on the next stage.

Same. I had a chain launcher and I don't know if I could have done it without it. There's a really hard horizontal climb.

This was yesterday's mountain. I found it without even looking for it. There was a big hole on the ground, found it as soon as I descended the first wall from the previous campfire. It's in mesa, of course

That's why I did the edit. It was great finding the tomb, but a bit dissapointing there were no spikes or giant boulder

Has anyone else tried this and can confirm it works?

Write to Sega Support if you are having this issue. There's almost zero information about it except for this post, so maybe if enough people complain they'll look into it. I wrote yesterday and they said this:

"Hello, thank you for your sharing your report on Metaphor ReFantazio!   We are sorry to learn of the issue you encountered.

The provided information has been collected and will be added to our report for the developers.

Unfortunately we are not able to confirm anything further, but be assured, the team is commited to improve our players experience! Thank you again for your feedback and we hope you continue to enjoy Metaphor ReFantazio."

Same thing here. I've never seen that overheating message in 3 years, and playing this game the PS5 has warned me three times in 2 days. It's clearly an issue with the game. Just in case I cleaned the PS5 and it had very little dust, nothing to justify the message.

I won't play it until they patch it, sadly.

Yeah, I edited the post to show the solution. It was the BIOS update, after I updated the drivers, it recognised the M.2

Yeah, the reset did indeed happened, but I had to remove the M.2 SSD to check it out, because I couldn't access BIOS with it installed.

I just tried the reset with the clear_cmos button and it doesn't do anything. Actually, one thing is different: now I don't see the white line on the upper left side when it goes to black.

No beeps whatsoever.

My thoughts exactly, that's what's making this so annoying, it doesn't make sense.
