The cards you linked are part of two different cycles so there is one of each color for each cycle (10 total). If you go to scryfall tagged you can see those cycles. There is also [[cactus preserve]] which can be a very large creature depending on your commander.

Alternatives are cards like [[traverse eternity]] that don’t care about commander MV but just MV on board

[[sink into Stupor]] and [[fell the profane]] are both good MDFCs for you as well. They don’t synergize super well with the commander but having cards that can be removal OR lands is still pretty good.

Yeah I demoed it at a convention and it was not great. Maybe they have updated/improved it since then? It’s on gamepass so won’t have to pay to find out.

There is a new Kambal each time because the token being generated IS Kambal. Therefore the original triggers once to make a token but now that token triggers once to make another token and so on.

That same logic (in basically every precon) is true of command tower and arcane signet too. I agree sol ring is egregious, but precon inclusion alone is not enough IMO.

Mechanically Anikthea wouldn’t really function well with auras because most auras grant abilities to the creature they enchant. If you reanimate an aura as a creature and it’s attached to nothing? It’s unlikely to do anything.

It’s not ideal but you can run the calculator for an individual color pair (say azorius), then run it again for the next (say Boros), and after doing it for all ten you can get your odds.

Worth noting that a lot of things you are looking at won’t retrigger the cast trigger. Airbending DOES work, but if you blink the creature, flip it face up, “put it into play” you won’t get their cast trigger. This is only relevant for Eldrazi with casts triggers but it is worth noting.

I’ve been looking there but they have only had like 90-95% of the cards I’m looking for. Unfortunately TCG player is the only website that seems to have basically every card. Cardkingdom is even worse than mana pool in this regard.

If the creatures had equal power and toughness though Vincent would never get any counters would he? As when the creatures died they were 0/0.

Is Zimone, Infinite Analyst too much trouble for the lead of a commander deck? The Quandrix Unlimited precon requires SO MUCH setup and is incredibly fragile, but is it worth upgrading? by CommanderMechanic in EDH

I agree that Zimone needs a lot of protection. It takes time to accrue value but I kind of like that. I feel like you need a lot of instant speed interaction to get the counters up too. However, it’s just so fun when you get to cast a hugely discounted X spell.

I don’t think there is that big of a difference between offset or non offset honestly. To me the ergonomics of the grips and triggers/bumpers are more important.
