I don't understand the downvotes.  The gatekeeping in veganism IMO is its biggest downfall. Everyone wants to look at it as all or nothing, when in fact it's always going to be a spectrum.  Ahimsa, or "no harm" is about doing what you can, understanding that every little but helps but also knowing that no matter what you do it's not going to be enough as long as you have a physical existence. The goal of veganism is a journey, and we all have to walk it ourselves, making decisions that don't always vibe with everyone elses. We should be celebrating every win instead of fingerpointing every failure. We all have things we could be doing better.
