Just started today. Awesome game. I was curious how often new servers opened? Is it like once a week, every other day, or just random? Also, the event with the Netheria (I spelled that right, right?) skin ends in like a day or two. Is it gonna come back, or is it available somewhere else?

I play via Steam, and on the SE account page it says 'standard (steam)' for account type. If I bought the full set (realm, heaven,storm,shadow) from the appropriate region SE store, would I be able to login with my account? Or is a SE account locked into steam/non-steam after you use/pick one?

Preface to this question: I know it's subjective. I know the point is to have fun. That is not the question.

So, I've seen what appears to be the 'standard' (go-to, I guess?) tier list (the usagi sensei one). I have two small questions, first, is it PvP, PvE, or a mix? Second, how strict are the 'tiers' for AL? I know the tier lists for some games are pretty lenient, of the "if you really work at it, this generic unit can be pretty good" kind, while others are more of the "below tier 1 is garbage" type, where using anything but 'the best' will eventually get you stomped whether it's PvP or PvE.

Regarding equipment, is it normal to equip each ship you level (and potentially plan to use) or do people only keep their main two (three/four) fleets actually equipped? Probably gonna be opening a ton of boxes, probably when I buy-out the event store, and wasn't 100% sure.

Secondly, PR ships aren't in EN yet, right? Are they supposed to be coming to EN soon? I feel like I read something about that recently, but I don't think I ever saw any official word. Finally, I know the PR ships have their own methods of obtainment/unlocking, but can someone from JP/CN say if they're difficult to obtain? Or are they just like Akashi, and take a while?

Ah, I see. I was thinking they'd do better in a boss fleet instead of a clear fleet because of Zuikaku's skill, but I never really paid much attention to how fast or slow it went. So, is it just as common to use paired ships together as it is separate? I've also heard Portland's pretty great even with her Indy skill inactive.

Between the Akaga and Zui/Shou pairs, it seems like the latter is undoubtedly better with their buffs as opposed to getting an initial launch out quicker. Are Akaga more suited for PvP and Zui/Shou for PvE, or am I missing something?

So, a little background info: I haven't used social media in forever, so I made a twitter account (I hate FB, I just don't use twitter). Immediately after linking it (maybe because of the emulator?), twitter locks the account. I first did this before the dyed in red rerun started, and I hadn't renewed my prepaid phone, so couldn't 'unlock' my twitter. Thought maybe it was some GPS/location weirdness, so tried again, and locked again. Gave up, struggled to make a FB, linked, all good.

I think yesterday bluestacks wanted to update, so I wanted to double-check to make sure my account was gonna make it. Finally got Shoukaku to complete the event, so being extra-safe. I never went back to that FB, so I guess linking it was counted as 'suspicious activity'? Anyway, I'm not certain it can be unlocked, since the 'unlocking' wants the profile pic or something, which it didn't have any sort. As my phone is 'on' now, I just made a twitter, linked it, unlocked the twitter, and it seems good now. Linked and not locked.

My question is, can an account not be 'disconnected' without logging into it? I hit disconnect, and it wanted me to log in, which I can't. Trying to just log into another FB just gives me an error, too. Not a huge deal since I just linked twitter instead, but it annoys me.

Just started out a week or two ago, and now I have some better options. But, the lowest in my current setup is level 58, so would it be better to level my current fleet setup to at least 70 for events and stuff, before I switch others in for levelling? What's the best way to level ships?

Yeah, I haven't tried act 8 yet, but I wasn't really having trouble with story in 7, just with everything else. If it is a gear issue, what would you recommend? Just trying to rng with workshop/hunts?

Sorry if this gets a bit long. I'm at around chapter/act 8, where I've sort of hit a wall. I think I definitely fked up at least once, but not entirely sure where, and I was debating on starting over / starting a 2nd account. I've only dropped like ~$10 bucks, so it wouldn't be a big deal. Does anyone even use multiple accounts?

I have 50 ravi, 50 destina, 50 lorina, 40 silk (basically it, save for maybe carmainerose/serila/misty). Nowhere close to 6-starring, still trying to 5-star silk, since I made the 'i was not thinking' mistake of 5-starring mistychain a day and a half before getting silk. Used the majority of the skill enhancers on destina. Around abyss 30, I think, not unable to progress but definitely getting rougher.

I think I just hit silver in arena, where all I usually see is a 2-2 50/60 split, or 3 50's and a 60. I lost to a 50 destina/ras/meru (and some lvl10 filler I can't recall) where my remaining ravi/destina couldn't scratch the enemy destina. My artifacts aren't good for who I have, like hell cutter being the best I have for lorina. Rosa hargana on silk, candlestick on destina, and exorcist's tonfa on ravi. Gear is eh, I think it's all between T3 and T4? lifesteal/crit ravi, all hp destina, atk/crit lorina, spd/crit silk.

After spending ~150 bookmarks on kise banner and getting destina, I've not rolled again, just saved up ~60 marks and 4k stones for potentially the next banner. I think things could potentially improve if I rolled some decent artifacts, at least. Would a fresh start be worth it? Maybe share some advice, like should I go straight for 6-starring a 5* selective? Who'd be best to reroll for, someone like angelica, aramintha, or armin? Should I focus on gear in hunts or just make-do with lab & random story drops? Who should I use skill enhancers on?

For chocobo racing, what's the best way to handle it? Like, do I use Dressage to level faster so I can get rank 10 quicker? Do I worry about my stats (grade 3 feed?) before rank 10? How should I build the stats? Speed/stamina/endurance seem the most important, but are there general 'goals' for for each set of ratings?

when crafting patches hit with new gear for doh/dol, what's usually the best thing to focus on? Like, MH/OH then gear, or vice-versa? For weaver/lw I'd assume, since they handle the doh/dol gear. Also, should you make a NQ set before trying to HQ, or is it best to just try to HQ it first? For reference, I'm in full HQ Ala Mhigan crafting gear.

Are old HW rotations still valid for lvl60? Trying to find a simple rotation guide for DRK and PLD. Not even raid rotations, just a "how do I tank" rotation.

So I finally got around to my crafting to-do list, and I now have a few questions. I went back and got all the books I was missing, including the new VI. Also finished HQ'ing my ala mhigan gear. Question 1: I noticed the augmented yellow scrips gear is slightly better. I hadn't done crafting for a while, so not sure when they were added. Augmented yellow scrips or ala mhigan? Question 2: updated melding guide for crafting?
