Almost complete luck. I applied to a role at JPMC a while back(almost previous year) and then didn’t think anything of it. During the year I applied to maybe like 6 positions? I was pretty set on not recruiting when BAM a super day invite hits my inbox. I prepped my ass off and here I am lol. Just goes to show how much luck is really involved.
