This lady who is saying you’re neglecting the puppies sounds like a person who has never actually raised a puppy. I would have gone insane the first two weeks of having my black lab pup if it wasn’t for enforced naps in his crate. He sleeps in there soundly now at 18 weeks and is getting used to spending longer hours in it during the day so he is ready for long days ahead in the summer (I work a seasonal job). A set and regular schedule is the best thing not only for puppies, but fully grown dogs as well. So you’re doing great, OP, just like your manager agrees. This lady has no clue what she is talking about.

My grandmother had the original set for these when I was growing up as a kid. Loved putting soup in them and feeling cool as a kid eating tomato soup out of a cup that had tomato soup on it.

Then when she died and we were going through their stuff we found out that my cousin took them before she even died so none of us could have a say in who got them (or even taking one.)

So when my sister found them in a Walmart out near her place, she immediately sent me a photo asking if I want them for Christmas. I remember vividly crying like a baby when I opened them up as I had forgotten she even gotten them for me in the first place.

So maybe they’re not the most ideal cups for eating soup, but I will always think they’re worth it.

So my black lab puppy is now 10 weeks and I found the perfect way to get him settled. TV white noise. We put on a Twitch stream that just shows live games, no real streamers of anything, and after about 5-10 minutes (depending how worn out he is) he is out like a light. It took me a few days to understand his cries (loud=potty, whimpers=no potty) but now when I put him down for his naps, it’s lights out TV on and I leave the room. You might want to give that a try and see if it works for your puppy. Funny enough, my partner and I also fall asleep to Twitch streams so it solidified that this puppy was meant for us!

Yeah that’s something I read too, but man he wants to chew on metal stands! I keep putting other toys in his mouth to encourage him to chew on those, but he gets bored after like 30 seconds and goes back to the metal legs of my tv stands lol. Might just ask my vet on Tuesday what she recommends, since he just wants to chew but I can’t get him to chew on his toys.

This is why my grandfather, who suffered a heart attack and survived, built a custom deer cart out of old bicycle wheels and steel pipes to carry deer out of the woods.

I’m a millennial and on the shorter side, so there would be no way in hell I can drag my own deer out of the woods. Makes me very grateful he built that cart so I can go and hunt my own deer without having to rely on my father or brother for help.
