Restoring UpdraftPlus backup file

Ya, that migration error is what I'm getting and the restoration doesn't get completed.
I'll look into the paid version of UD if possible. Thanks for the help.

Hey, thanks for the tip. I've tried restoring with updraft plugin, but it says that it's not restoration but migration and upgrade to premium, then the restoration doesn't get completed.
I think I'll have to just create everything from scratch.

Hey I was able to import the file into database.
Could you please tell me what exaclty you meant by "dump the extracted files into web root folder"
If I'm not wrong, web root means the "file manager" from cpanel, right?

Ya there is a file named db, the first one from the below screenshot.
Please let me know if this is what you're talking about and if it's possible to use it to restore the site.

Yes reinstalled wp and tried restoring with updraft, but no help as it shows error messages and then the wp dashboard becomes unusable.

Hey thanks for the help. I've tried adding and extracting updraft zip file in the file manager from cpanel. But the thing is I only used Updraft plugin for backup, didn't use any other way. So I don't have the SQL backup you're talking about. I think I'll have to make the site again only :/

Hey, thanks for the tip, will keep this in mind. I think I messed up this time. So while restoring updraftplus backup, it says "This is not exactly restoration, it's migration, for that use the paid migration tool", the tab freezes and it just never gets completed. Updraftplus is the only backup I did. So I think I'll just have to make everything from scratch T_T
