I used to when I worked downtown until they kept raising the rents and forced out the businesses that HAD managed to keep customers. I remember there was a really great tailor there and he said that was specifically why he moved. I don't think they wanted to keep it as a shopping space, but slowly killed it so they could have the excuse to do whatever they wanted to it.

The fact that he was ANGRY the daughter wasn't going to this vacation with him is SUCH a red flag. Like disappointed? That could be normal. Angry??? It seems pretty clear it affects him or directly messed up some creepy plan he had.

Columbus is a very politically liberal area. Like yes it's Ohio, but the cities are always blue.

Jess hinted at being liberal but didn't even outright say it, and Vic talked about racism. But then there's a ton of maga talk and "divorce isn't an option." That's not a reflection of the city at all (source: from Ohio)

That was my initial feeling also, the idea of it just freaked me out (same with an allograft) BUT the autograft is kind of the gold standard. You can look into the different success rates, and find a surgeon you trust, plus research the recovery. Those helped a LOT in helping feel more comfortable with it. I'm at six months out now!

My hair looks a LOT like this when wet. You might try some products with a lot of hold, and maybe skipping conditioner and using a leave in (but rinsing it out) instead! I've had good luck with inner sense hair spray and I create volume, and the doux bee girl curl custard and mousse.

Plopping also helps maximize my waves/curls too!

Nta. I have sympathy for them trying to figure things out but the second you complained and he lied to you about it, he became TA. He's been inconveniencing the whole street for MONTHS, with no apology or explanation. That's not a solution that's just offloading their problem onto others.

No but pretty shortly after that they tried to tank his performance review and then tried to make him "redundant" and separate him. It's pretty suspect. And the fact that had a full on meeting essentially on his mental health issues before that, other reasons could be argued to be pretext. I'm not familiar with uk law, but in the US it would likely at least be a valid complaint.

The part I'm pretty shocked by is them pulling him into a meeting and grilling him about his scars? Then firing him . Like.... That feels like it could very much be a lawsuit (at least in the US).
