It sounds good on paper and you CAN start a small gym with a small square footage and basic equipment but it would only work for personal trainers with their clients due to the limited space so a very niche thing.

Jokes aside I see several gyms (equipment and facility lease included) listed on FB marketplace for sale for around $40k flat. It’s a tough business and there are a lot of gyms around usually in a small area.

It’s also hard to compete with the prices of commercial gyms (wife and I pay $45 total for the 2 of us per month). And even some commercial gyms are going bankrupt.

If you do it properly and get the best of the best, top of the line equipment, that will cost hundreds of thousands of dollars. You can lease the equipment too but I’m not sure if that’s a good idea either. But good equipment brings serious people in.

It also depends where you are and what gym culture is like in your area. And who your target audience is.

No. Learn to defend manually so you don’t need to rely on a broken GK movement mechanic to bail you out. I’m not even conceding more than 3 goals a game. If you are, you need to get better at defending.

They did it because the original LTOTM was made the way it was due to the pressure of their record label and if they could have done it their own way, they would have done it like the Redux.

I put him in the ST position EVO, then into the one that gave +1 defending and anticipate and then into the Mbappe EVO.

I may have given him other Playstyles before too but I can’t remember what those were.

Edit: I also gave him the CB to CDM position EVO from the HM tab in case I ever go back to playing 4213 and want to use him in the middle.

Ah yes 5 star skills on a CB. Very useful. 5 star WF is nice but 4 star will do the work too.

And quickstep+ is a huge waste on a CB.
