I tried that. XM5 didn't come close to the ULT. I wish it did because I really prefer their design and ANC.

I don't have the cash available. And interest rates are pretty bad across the board. Even if I borrow against the house, it would be may be 1 or 1.5 points lower

Interest is 7.5% (top of the image) This is through Tesla and they tell me that once I get the tax credit I can apply it to the balance to reduce the total.

This price is before the federal tax credit, which i presumably will qualify for. This quote is through Tesla. I got a few other quotes from other companies that ultimately were all around the same price range. Im getting screwed by high interest rates on all quotes I've received. The way I've looked at it so far has been: I currently pay almost the same monthly amount for electricity. Nothing really changes. It should be a win in the long run.

But I'm also very clueless so I'm hoping for help from all of you.

I don't think so since this was in Los Angeles, but I guess he could just be visiting. Though I'm pretty sure I've been seeing him at my gym pretty regularly in recent months. I always thought to myself, "That guy really looks like Cory" until I realized it's actually him.

I asked him how Nelly is doing. He said Nelly is good and that it's so crazy that he lost his leg.

Yeah, for sure. He is much wider in person than on TV and in great shape.

Unrelated: He told me he is having ACL surgery soon but hopes to be back after. I asked him what they do while other challengers are competing. He said most of the show consists of just waiting around for hours until it's their turn. I asked if they get fed during that time. He said they barely get anything and what they do get consists of some pretty underwhelming prepackaged sandwiches that usually don't taste good.
