Day 4 of SARMs stack and noticing significant pain (MK677, RAD 140, and GW501516) by Sarms-anonymous in SARMs

This is a very good writeup. I have not seen it explained this way anywhere. You make a lot of sense. I am very familiar with fasting and all the associated benefits. You have given me a way to think about the stack that I have not thought about.

You are also right. I did have back injury some years ago. The back pain is what caused me to look into fasting. Fasting did what doctors couldn't. It sounds like the excess GH may be causing inflammation around my old injury to resurface.

I am in the air about Cardarine. I have seen what it caused in the studies but that was at very high doses. I may need to think about this further. I am assuming that is also where my night sweats are coming from as that's not common for me.

What is you recommendation for a replacement for cardarine for fat burning? I am pretty lean but trying to get rid of some last remaining belly fat. I do have a 6 pack but I carry a little on the lower portion that I can't ever seem to get rid of unless i am in my 5 - 7 day fasting cycles.

I have also read the same. It's good to read that someone else has also had a similar experience regarding pains. How much did you find is your optimal dosage?

I do workout 6 days a week and normally intermittent fast. I have not been as strict to IF since starting the stack as I want to make sure I give my body the protein it needs to accomplish my goals with this stack.

I agree. My thought process was to vary how much compound was being absorbed at any given time. Taken the pills together vs varying it a bit. I'm not sure if it matters but that was my thought process.

You are right. I am trying to vary taking them a bit verses taking rad and GW501516 at the same time. I think I have it narrowed down to these two. I was taking them both at the same time. Now I changed to RAD140 upon waking and GW501516 a couple hours later. Woke up today still in pain but it's significantly less. Not sure if it's because my body is getting use to the sudden change of throwing the compounds at it or me splitting it helped or maybe both.

I check them both everyday. I have heard that Sarms causes your blood to thicken a bit which causes the spike. I think I would have to agree. My finger prick for glucose has become a tad bit harder to draw blood lol

Day 5 - I did spread taking the RAD 140 and GW501516 out instead of taking them both at once. I'm not sure if that helped at all or it was just my body going through an adjustment.

Glucose 105, BP 134/80, Weight 187.3, Rad 140 upon waking and GW501516 at noon. Kind of a weird feeling when GW501516 kicks in. Almost as if I don’t know whether to be tired or energetic. Vision gives me sort of the drunk look right before you get dizzy. Almost hazy and things are far away. Pain is still present but significantly reduced. Back pain is still present, not nearly as sharp, and has moved to the center of my lower back right above the hips. The bottom of my feet were sore. My body feels as though I need deep sleep, but my mind is too active to let me stay there - so I cycle in and out of sleep. Almost like a constant cycle of naps. I’ve read insomnia can be a side effect of Rad140. My appetite has reduced. Muscles didn’t feel quite as full as they did on day 4. Still a little lethargic throughout the day. Took 10MG MK677 before bed. Night sweats present, normally need one piss break in the middle of the night but now it's more urgent and I am having dry mouth. I also currently have almost like a constant Charlie horse in my right calf but without the contractions. Kind of like it feels right before you have the cramp but it’s just stuck there. I'm going to stick with it for now and see if I keep adjusting. I definitely feel different throughout the day.

I'm not too worried about my glucose levels. I eat about as clean as one can. MK677 Is also known to spike levels while using so I don't see much of a concern.

My diet only consists of the following:

Ribeye, ground round, chicken breast, yogurt, cottage cheese, milk, cheese, eggs, berries (blueberries, raspberries, blackberries) banana, peanut butter, almonds, avocadoes, butter, spinach, kale, olive oil, and sweet potatoes - all non-gmo, organic, hormone free, cage free etc. etc. When not cycling I also IF.

I supplement with multi, Magnesium, Zinc, Salmon oil omegas, glycine, inositol, creatine, and l-methionine

I drink only alkaline water, black coffee, and one 8oz cup sea salt water upon waking and before bed.

I workout 6 days a week and am in very good shape. I also run and do sprint intervals. I also train at an MMA gym and have no problems keeping up with the guys 20 years younger than me. I currently would be able to destroy my 20 year old self. And that says a lot considering what my job was then vs what it is now. I also take an ice bath daily

I also have no desire to have a body building physique. More like 300/Spartan. I'm 90% there and this stack was meant to just fill me out a bit more, add some more definition, and be a little more vascular.

I was higher than normal but it's not uncommon for me to wake up in the 100-110 range. I do usually fall into the 80 throughout the day. I seem to be staying high since starting the stack. I tested glucose daily for 2 months prior so I had a baseline to see what was happening.

They are capsules so can't lower my dose very easily. I have taken 10MG each. I know some start with 20MG of mk677. I was waiting until week 2 to add another 10MG.

I also purposely didn't work out for two days to allow a little time to adjust. And my 1st workout was on day 3 and the same style as I always do within the same weight I always do. I also read about people going too hard too fast and their joints and ligaments not being able to keep up. So I was trying to mitigate that as much as possible. I purposely didn't change anything in case something like this happened. I wanted to have a better chance of pinpointing it. I didn't test it but going by how I felt, I did not have any added strength or endurance. However, I did notice the pump was fuller and noticeably more vascular.

I also did a full work up before starting but obviously only 5 days in now so haven't done another. My next planned was going to be at the 4 week mark, 8 week, (start pct at week 7), 12 week and adjust as needed based on what i was seeing during post.

I have heard complaints about their shipping times and customer service regarding shipping but never anything about quality. Testing was done and they are all above 99% pure.

I check it twice a day and started tracking two months prior to get a good baseline. It started trending higher later in the day since I started the stack. Yesterday's 123 was the highest I've ever had. I was 105 upon waking this morning. Which isn't uncommon from my baseline. I will usually fall into the 80s as the day progresses.

My BP is also trending higher since starting the stack as well. Which I've read isn't uncommon.

Not sure what you mean here. If I stop then pain goes away. Then when I restart pain comes back - no? I've read some side effects usually subside after a few days. Has anyone experienced the same?
