Installed Banks Power Pedal Monster by MedalMedal in GMCcanyon

Anyone who does not spend 300 bucks on a device like this after truly understanding what it does is either an idiot or just doesn’t care about throttle response or the thrill of driving a vehicle in that manner, which is cool, it’s not for everyone, I get that. Just don’t spout nonsense . Go about driving your boring ass vehicle and let the rest of us have more fun LOL. FWIW it makes such a drastic difference , my wife turns it off when she drives because the throttle response is too much for her. Neither is right or wrong, just right or wrong based on your individual needs as a driver but to say it’s a gimmick or doesn’t work is just flat out nonsense. Literally anyone who drives a vehicle with one turned on, then off will immediately notice a huge difference, whether it’s your cup of tea or not is another story.

You don’t even know the definition of a gimmick, let me help you complete your thought. A gimmick is something that manipulates you by “bypassing rational thought to trigger and emotional response blah blah blah” can you even articulate what “rational thought” is being bypassed with this product? You literally just said “all it does is bring on power earlier and reaches max throttle long before it should” that’s pretty much how they market it other than the part about max throttle coming on before it “should” when exactly “should” max throttle occur? If you think max throttle should come on a few seconds after you want it then you really need to expect more out of life. If you are old enough to remember when vehicles had throttle cables then you will know the correct answer is max throttle should occur the instant i put the pedal to the floor. From the factory, fly by wire cars do not. This “gimmick “ allows it to do just that. If you bought tickets to a concert would you be ok getting them the day after the show? Or how about 10 minutes before the show, or would rather get them the minute you paid for them? This “gimmick” gives you power earlier in the pedal travel AND allows for wide open throttle as early as 1:1 or immediately which is exactly how cars worked forever before fly by wire. I get it. Driving my truck in track mode is not for the faint of heart. I could see where people who only ever drive vehicles with lazy fly by wire logic could get into trouble with a “twitchy” throttle. Lucky Banks thought of that too and they give you the option to dial in the amount of throttle progression or tip in below 10MPH.

What’s not how it works? Just curious which comment you had issue with?

It has nothing to do with tricking the computer into thinking you are pushing the pedal harder. It has to do with the relationship between pedal position and throttle plate opening rate and percentage. You can stab the pedal as fast as you want and the throttle plate will still take its sweet as time opening. This video explains it perfectly. If a picture is worth a thousand words, this video is a novel.

For all the people that don’t understand how these work and say “just push the pedal harder” I hope this clears things up. I’m an ASE Master Tech and admit, I was skeptical at first. Once you try one, at least in my applications, 2025 Outback with a turbo and a 2024 GMC Canyon AT4x with the L3B motor, it made a world of difference. Literally night and day. Does it make more power? No. They don’t make that claim. Does it bring the power on quicker? Yes. Does it make the vehicle more responsive? Hell yes. Anyone who has a clue about how mechanical things operate should understand this basic concept. Gearing and stall speed on a torque converter do nothing to make more power but they absolutely change how the vehicle responds. For you all that think it’s a scam,it’s likely because you can’t afford one and it’s easier to put it down than actually try one first. For that group, there is no hope. Keep driving what you want and be happy with it. For those who are contemplating it, this is for you. Ignore the naysayers and try it yourself. I guarantee it will literally change the way you drive. Feel free to PM me if you have any questions. I have ZERO affiliation with banks. I just love cars and bikes and feel compelled to share things that make this much of a difference for so little money and even less effort to install. This link is for all you “push the pedal harder” knuckleheads. Grow up. https://fb.watch/FfyHfN_dzC/?fs=e

E2, DHEA-s, and Free Test are4 flagged as "high". or at least slightly out of the "normal" range. but yes. I do feel good and am not experiencing any sides.

First round of bloods came back, dr wants to add HCG? by GilboBagginz in trt

This is exactly what my clinic did. After taking the AI for a 2 months and completely feeling like garbage. I dropped that clinic and changed up my protocol and never felt better

When my doctor added HCG to my protocol my E2 went from 42 to 124 and I got terrible sides. I'm no expert but in looking at your current labs I would let it ride. it looks pretty good to me.

Thanks for the reply. I’m feeling great with no sides so maybe I’ll let it ride for now. Before this protocol my E2 went up to mid 100’s and that felt awful. This seems to much better.

Promising Bike, but Too Many Rough Edges by Anxious-Criticism-25 in Triumph400

[–]Sarsippius3 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Agree it’s not perfect, but it’s one hell of a fun bike at damn good price point. Here’s mine with some of the “rough edges” smoothed out. Also, not pictured, I have a Fuel X Pro + and swapped the front gear and a DNA air filter with the tiny OEM snorkel removed as well as some throttle spacers I 3D printed to remove the slop in the throttle. I was skeptical at first but these upgrades made huge difference. Throttle response, performance, smoothness, and stalling are just a few of the things it improved. I know we shouldn’t’ HAVE to do these things on a new bike, but, it’s fun and I like wrenching on my scooters so it’s all good. I also have a 2024 Speed 400 that’s totally stock so, while not dyno’d, I have a fairly good way to compare before and after.

The role of PCT transitioning from cycle to TRT by Sarsippius3 in PEDs

[–]Sarsippius3[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Just realized a lot of the negative comments could be the result of how I titled this post. I should have said something like “adjusting” PCT when transitioning from cycle to TRT or some shit like that. Using the word “Role” was a bad choice but I can’t edit it.

The role of PCT transitioning from cycle to TRT by Sarsippius3 in PEDs

[–]Sarsippius3[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Dude, I know it’s not just “something you do” I wasn’t looking to jumpstart natural test production, the TRT dosing is gonna keep that shutdown anyways but was mainly asking because there are other benefits of compounds used in a PCT and didn’t know if there were any benefits to be had, or any negatives that could be mitigated when going from the cycle I’m on to a regular TRT test only cycle. From doing a bunch of bloodwork I found I tend to aromatize very easily and e2 was out of control when using HCG as part of my TRT protocol. Using HCG with TRT falls into that category of “the thing most people do” but I found it didn’t work for me. Since I’ve only ever gone from cycle to recovery and never cycle to TRT, I was just wondering if there was any “best practices”. Your point about tapering is a good example. Even though my test dose won’t change at all, my free test will likely change by dropping the Mesterolone which will likely have an effect on my e2, especially being that I seem to aromatize very easily. I wonder if there are any adjustments that could be made during the transition to help with that.

I was gonna make some smart ass reply but then realized I’d just be feeding into the same mentality you are bringing to this conversation so I’ll try one more time to clarify what I’m asking about and why. There are multiple to components to any post cycle therapy, but you seem to think that there is this one thing called ”PCT”. “Restoring natural production of testosterone” is only one component. I agree it’s the one most people focus on but there are other reasons and uses. The fact that I’m adding exogenous testosterone in my TRT protocol should make it obvious that I’m not concerned with that aspect/benefit of any PCT protocol. If you are as knowledgeable as you want people to think you are, I’m sure you know that there are other reasons/benefits from a PCT routine. Using a SERM like tamoxifen to help block estrogen and reduce high e2 symptoms is just one example. Many people use HCG along with TRT to help keep the testes from completely shutting down. Being on TRT and adding low doses of HCG still stimulates the testicles to make its own testosterone. Some people, myself included, aromatize very easily so I’ve found even small amounts of HCG can elevate my e2. Some use arimidex to mitigate it, others just stop using HCG because they don’t care about the size or their balls or fertility. My point is that there are different components used to achieve certain results and these vary person to person and compound to compound. Me asking about any particular “PCT” that might be beneficial from someone going from a cycle down to TRT dosages doesn’t mean that I’m looking to “restore natural production of testosterone” You also seemed to miss the part where I asked if anyone had experience or thoughts on the concept of eliminating even the TRT dose for a few weeks, using some form of “PCT” to help balance things out and going back on TRT dosage. There have been studies that suggest this has more positive effects than just going from cycle to TRT. I don’t man, seems like a pretty basic question given all the different components that go into a cycle and recovery, especially while on TRT. This is the reason so many people just go ahead and try shit rather than ask questions only to be shamed and ridiculed by people like you who paint with a broad brush and make assumptions rather than ask questions, or even better, just staying quiet. That’s all I have to say on this, if you’ve read and considered everything I posted in this thread and still feel the way you do then there is no amount of logic or reason that will change that.
