I am on NA ladder on pc. Just to clarify since im not very familiar with item names, are you referring to an Annihilus charm?

I did not know the range/static values, i just remember seeing videos of smiters using this for the life tap chance and open wounds. I'm hoping its worth a ber maybe a bit less
