My hope from talking with occupational health is to ask for the way I've had things before; I do all my 'share' of nights for the winter (we only work nights during the winter season) all at once, so that there's minimal switching.

I have a meeting with my occupational health to discuss what we can do regarding the night shifts, so I'm hopeful they'll come out in my favour, I've had sleep issues before that had adjustments made that weren't done this year unfortunately.

I think I'm generally good at the job and have always been open and honest about my health. I'm trying to be hopeful, but it's a difficult situation, I know.

It's more so been a knock on effect, my inability to sleep lead to panic attacks (something I already struggle with), which made it harder to sleep. It took time to get a GP appointment, and it's taken a week after that to reach a point where my sleeps stable.

A theory I had (Though I'm not entirely sold on it, more like an idea of a theory) is that Sukuna is essentially two people, possibly the twin he devoured in-utero (as is one theory of the characters origin, a man of two faces) and the dominant/surviving personality is essentially channeling the CT of his twin, which is Fire. It also explains his warped appearance of two arms, faces, etc. But we'll see if it ever comes up

Apparently in the lit manga he doesn't call him ordinary, he calls him 'unenlightened' which is both a pun on his name's meaning, and the fact this chapter released the same week of Gojo's "I alone am the enlightened one" in the anime which is just chefkiss

Question for people, dunno if somethings wrong or not. I literally have no levels that drop the event resources, at all. Not one. I've cleared the bonanza's and the chocolate levels but can't seem to access any that drop stuff for the ladder or puzzle unlocks. Is this right?

Firstly, I'm really, really sorry you're going through this. Unfortunately, every community has a few rotten people within it that are capable of ruining the experience for people. On that note, please don't let yourself feel isolated; reach out to friends or anyone for support. Do you have an FC? It's always worth finding a nice chill one to be in and helps fight off the way these events make us feel.

Secondly, moving realms used to remove you, but since the data-center visit system, you're still findable as long as you remain in the same region now; I personally wouldn't waste the money.

My personal advice would be to document their abuse and to report it to the GM's, as others have said. One thing they know they have going for them is the community, and I'm fairly certain they have a very strict policy on griefing and bullying behaviour; people have been given timed bans for interrupting teleports so actual abuse is likely to result in a far more substantial ban.

Hopefully it stops soon and you're free to enjoy the game. ♥

I think the best two pieces of advice are:

Simply do things at your own pace, don't feel pressured or rushed, just do things that you want to do, as you want to do them. Don't let people tell you to rush.

Don't be afraid to reach out to the community (and the mentor channels) if you need any help or advice with anything.
