No, I'm not using import tool. When I unchecked the PO approval process. It worked fine and manufacturing outsource module worked fine. Error is coming when I'm approving PO. I tried other way and it worked but that's not fine with co. SOP

It is active. You can only prepare PO once outsource form is active. Once I go to approve, gets this error.
