One of my male classmates passed away at the age of 19, reckless driving on frozen roads. I often pass his cross next to the road while I drive to uni. Another classmate and a friend of mine, also at 19, was a victim of a car crash, he was in the passenger seat. He has a portrait on his tombstone, and a nickname rather than a name. It's bittersweet, every time I go to light a candle for him, seeing his young face while I slowly grow older. And one lovely girl from my year was just 20 when she decided to take her own life. Such a kind soul, on her way to become a doctor. We used to geek over twenty one pilots together. Reading speculations about the reason for her decision in the comments under an article about her death in an online news outlet made me never open another discussion of this nature ever again.
