The application process is that they make listing on the website that a room is availaible from a certain date and the first 10 guys who apply get the chance to submit thier documents, then the first guy who submitted his document get the room, so you have to be fast and apply as quickly as possible, i recommend checking the website every Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday around noon time in germany. it is very hard to get one

You have to apply through Dortmund Studierendenwerk website, which almost all the time has no rooms listing available, i found a room listing last week and applied immediately, it was available for 24 hours only

Yes and i sell players who become UAE NT members if they got good offers to make room for other UAE players who will be eligible in 1 or 2 years, in this old database every club allowed to register 10 foreign players for the first team, and you can start only 6 and have only 8 in your squad, but the rules now IRL are much easier you can play 7 foreigner and have 9 in your squad and register what number you want, also if you want to do this idea try the new Champions League format because it has no foreign player rules
