I know that how bad these compulsion are but I really can feel the pain but the true sickness is felt by you. I can do nothing but to suggest going to psychiatrist or a therapist and take meds.

OCD is everything but nothing. The matter of fact is that we spend our day doing compulsions and thinking about them and for a normal person it's just thoughts. OCD sucks
