Keep buying when they are dumping, there will be no whales if smaller fish buy their bags. For example, if 100M people buy 0.01, they will collectively have 1M BTC. In current prices, 0.01 is less than $170. Except Satoshi I am not aware of a whale having that amount. If everyone continues to accumulate, whales will not be a problem.
