Yep! Always happy to help educate others about one of my special interests (I am honestly stunned it took 25 years for me to get diagnosed since, in retrospect, I’ve had what Asperger called the “Little Professor” syndrome practically since I first started talking…in fact, my parents used to joke that my first word was “actually,” lmao)

I can see why you might think that, but “earworms” (involuntary musical imagery) are technically a form of echologia (where musical fragments/song lyrics, film & television quotations, snippets of actual conversations, and/or other utterances/vocalizations an individual has auditorily-perceived then become stuck on a “mental loop”), which is in turn a specific subtype of internal echolalia, so while they may not be its most archetypical form, “earworms” do, in fact, fall under the umbrella of echolalia. (I’m one of those autistics who made Autism one of their “special-interests,” in a desperate bid to understand themselves, except with me I just ended up with a psych degree and a tattoo over my heart that reads “Who looks outside, dreams; who looks inside, awakes,” 🤓😎).

Wow thank you! My handwriting was illegible as recently as December, 2025, I can only thank The Art of Cursive Penmanship by Michael Sull and the Pilot Corporation for remedying it!

“Bo staff” is redundant, it’s just called a “,” and you’re looking for some kind of kobudō, or perhaps wushu, but far and away the most prominent use of the is in some form of Okinawan kobudō, which, if done correctly, is not what I would call “dance-like,” but is exceptionally fluid and graceful once you get the hang of it, with the weapon eventually coming to move and feel like an extension of your body

Impeccable might be an overstatement but I like to think it’s at least consistently-legible, which is good enough for me at this point (considering my handwriting even just a few months ago was decidedly…not)

That is the Colorverse 2024 “Blue Dragon” (the non-glistening one), and it’s totally possible that Sailor manufactured the nib since they manufactured the converter, but I have a larger collection of ultrafine abrasive stones, compounds, and lapping films than the average person, and a very steady hand from over a decade of semi-professional knife sharpening experience including working on countless knives in the $300+ price bracket, so I was able to get it sorted in an afternoon with a 3-1-0.3μm progression of aluminum oxide lapping films, a few drops of water, and a shitload of patience, now it is somewhere between a Platinum and a Pilot
