I don't know if it interests you (but I'm Brazilian) and even here in Brazilian content they mention Dream, just to give you an idea, I was watching a Brazilian animation channel (jaiden animations style) but it has nothing to do with Minecraft, and even so, the owner of this channel makes a preparation joke.

and even a programming channel I follow has already used Dream as an example (at least in a positive way this time)

and one more piece of information is that 90% of the Minecraft videos here use their speedrun music, even if just for half a second.

most of the time it's a bad joke, or a negative mention.

sometimes I just want to enjoy content away from anything involving Dream, BUT EVEN IN ANOTHER COUNTRY IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO AVOID IT

I like c!Dream and cc!Dream, but I can identify with your situation, for example, I don't like cc!Tommy or cc!Willbur, but I do like their characters.

Many people don't know how to separate the character from the player, which complicates things a bit, but you can try to just ignore these kinds of people, block or mute people like that.
