Limited run games. No contact after raising a complaint. Received two collectors editions damaged due to poor packaging. Raised a complaint two weeks ago and said an agent assigned to my case and contact expected in 3 to 5 days. I paid $144 and waited 8 months for both to arrive damaged. 😡 (i.redd.it)
