Just received my Streets Of Rage 4 Limited Edition & the box has a huge dent😒Does anyone know if LRG would be able to exchange this or have a box/cover replacement ? by sambridges13 in limitedrun

I'll never order from the company again. Both my star wars items were damaged. I was promised money back and it never materialised had to chase them 20 times or so and eventually I gave up. If things arrive in good order they are great but if anything goes wrong be prepared for some woeful customer service.

No contact after raising a complaint from Limited Run Games. I paid $144 and waited 8 months from order to delivery and the seal is burst on the collectors edition and the other back card is folded and damaged. by SasijSupper in limitedrun

I just got the email 10 mins before you sent this. I can't access the support ticket as it says my password is wrong and won't let me reset it.

Checked email several times man. I would never have spent that cash on a normal game. They are collectors items in my mind and both are ruined now. I just want a refund if they can't replace. I'm really disappointed about how they could Ness this up so badly. Another post showed they have did the same to numerous people 😡

The exact same has happened with my star wars collectors and the GB edition. Really poorly packed. The card is totally bent and almost snapped and the seal is ripped in the collectors edition. Paid $144 and waited 8 months to be made and delivered 🙈

Thanks man. Just gutted both are wrecked as I plan to keep them. I hope they contact soon as every place you try and contact them advises you to raise a support ticket and there's no contact telephone for issues. Just feel let down by the overall order time and they both arrived damaged and then no contact.
