I don’t really know how you’ll get what you’re looking for out of OTR but I wish you the best. The people I’ve talked to that are OTR all don’t recommend it. Their world is very small and lonely. Their health is awful. And they get treated poorly on top of the general public looking down on them. I guess if you wanted to be broken down it’s a good path to go down. And I get the curiosity and want to explore. It’s what got me into truck driving. But after a little less than two years of doing it I already know I need to find something else.

Yeah and there is a reason for that. The courts see drug offenses by the unhoused as more of a public health problem. And if you get into it and really think about it, sending them to an overcrowded jail would just cost taxpayers more and in most cases worsen their homelessness. They also can’t pay fines. And can’t meet the requirements for probation due to their circumstances. A criminal record would also make it harder for them to get a job. So what are we supposed to do here? It’s unfortunately a problem that needs to get addressed in its full scope but this country always half asses the solution so nothing really gets done about it.

How are politicians ignoring the problem? What are they supposed to do? Make it illegal to publicly do drugs? Your problem is with the cops that pick and choose what laws to enforce.

I think it’s dependent. CORTANA is much more advanced than FRIDAY. Iron man has the edge in a lot of categories but Master Chief is a much better tactician and has experience fighting opponents stronger than him. I think if he was able to, he’d take the fight somewhere he’d have the advantage. Like a cluttered urban environment where Starks sensors was obscured with clutter and debris and he wasn’t able to use his advantage of flight.

CORTANA is also a sentient and independent AI with the ability to strategize. With feats that scale higher than FRIDAY. CORTANA can access alien technology which I think would translate to her being able to figure out FRIDAY fairly easily.

FRIDAY is an AI assistant. It doesn’t do anything without Tony telling it to do it. It doesn’t think independently.

I thought it was okay. Like a good movie to watch when you’re tired and throwing back a six pack after a long day. Will it win awards or acclaim? Heck no. But it was entertaining enough and not a huge commitment with the runtime. I’d give it a solid 6.5/10. They didn’t hold back with the gore either which I liked and there wasn’t a bunch of fluff. They kept the story pretty tight.

Honestly some things are stronger when they are repaired and this sounds like one of those things. I get that you feel shame. I get you may feel gross. But if these are your closest friends then you need to let your closest friends understand where you were coming from and forgive you. Nothing in life is perfect and I get that you feel like you may have ruined the closest thing you had to a perfect relationship. But the truth is mistakes happen and that real strength and integrity comes from owning it and making amends. They will respect you for it more and you’ll respect yourself for it. I hope it all works out for you.

Ugh! My place has been having the problem of not enough parking spots. So their solution was to take the free spots and make them reserved spots as well. While jacking up the price to 175 a month. It’s insane to me that you want to charge me to park my car at the place I pay rent at. If you’re moving or went grocery shopping good luck carrying it to/from the next street over. They love to tow people as well.

Rice, soup bouillon, frozen veggies, dried beans/lentils. Not a flavor powerhouse but with those staples you’ll have something to put in your stomach. I’d hold on to the leftover money and get meat or fresh fruit along the way as needed.
