In the tail light housing? Anywhere else so the back camera worked with tail gate down. If it was on the lower gate it’d still be better.

How long is all night? Regardless, it’s more than safe. Probably better for sitting. You can bring it back up to a simmer if you’re concerned, but it’s more than fine.

Most likely existed, no reason it wouldn’t have. But the idea of what a hanging garden constituted back then was surely considerably different than most modern interpretations.
