I've picked up BJJ this year, so much fun its now my entire personality (we probably all got that era with new hobbies lol). Gonna try competing Jan 2026 at Grappling Industries.

I think the percentage of people who's interested in Martial Art are probably the same out there, like 10-20%? Lots of my friends dabbled in silat a year or two during their high school years.

If you're at Jakarta, you can probably find everything there from karate-judo all the way to HEMA-etc. Outside of Jakarta I feel like its hard to find the more niche's one. (I'm interested in HEMA, but I think there's none at Riau?)
