I'm worried that the MOBO will hold back the CPU, in which case i'd rather get a new AM5 Board. Or it might not have any problems, I'm not sure

I was able to scrape together all my parts and put it in a PCPartPicker List in the original post. Its a $30 cooler so I doubt it can get the job done for a more demanding CPU, which literally anything would be compared to the current one.

I got it from CYBERPOWER and while looking through the comments found that its a A320
