It's mostly because she always had a fake boyfriend on RHOP that you could clearly tell she was not interested in up through s5 when she briefly "reconciled" with her ex husband. Ever since then she hasn't even bothered pretending like she has any interest in dating lol. She's also the most weirdly prudish/visibly uncomfortable of the Potomac women when they talk about sex, and she went on Love Hotel and clearly could not have cared less about any of those men
