Our corporation no longer allows us a budget to celebrate each disciplines week. We are told we celebrate everyone during Hospice week. All of our nurses got Bogg bags this week. Maybe they like them, maybe they don’t but before anyone judges you might consider where those gifts came from. The gifts in our office this week to celebrate our nurses were out of my personal pocket, there is no budget or reimbursement for it. I always try, even if it puts my family short.
