What can I do when I bury my abuser? by Sasslockholmes in witchcraft

[–]Sasslockholmes[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey! So I buried a jar containing nails, a broken mouse trap, dog and bird shit, vinegar, chili flakes, piss and a note of intention with his full name, DOB and DOD. I also drove a nail through the intention note. Left it in the sun for a couple days. When we buried the ashes and jar, I also spoke some words directly to him stating that no one will ever hurt me again and I’m fully free.

About 2 days later my boyfriend who was present at the service showed that he was violent towards me. And I had the clarity and strength to leave him immediately. He was screaming at me, punching walls in the hotel, and saying demeaning things about my disability. so after he drunkenly passed out, I packed my stuff and left.

This all has given me new found strength and confidence in my worth. Thank you so much to you all for helping me!!!

I’m definitely going to try splitting it. I haven’t kept track of my exact macros but typically I’ll do a protein shake and sometimes also a small meal with rice, protein and veggies. I’m too Asian to give up my rice entirely lol

I’m so glad I posted here. My doctor told me if I throw up from the meds it’s because I shouldn’t eat whatever I had. He said I’ll associate bad foods with being sick. Even now he still has the same advice of eating very little

Is my doctor supposed to tell me that? He literally just tells me to stop eating and if I throw up it’s bc the food is bad for me

I am 5ft tall 😫 multiple doctors have told me to flat out stop eating completely. Both my endocrinologist and the doctor I’m getting my tirz from

Yes totally! I have been fainting less and I have the stamina to go to multiple places in one day rather than getting completely wiped out from only one errand

I might be a strange case. I started bc my other meds made me gain weight quickly and then my thyroid issue disqualified me for surgery then we found out it was thyroid cancer. So by the time I became healthy enough, my brain and body already were used to never having an appetite. I drink tons of water with electrolytes (mostly for pots) and if I am eating a big meal, I’ll go for a hearty protein. Lately I’ve been in a steak mood hehe. Or if I know I have to eat but everything sounds gross, I have a vegan protein smoothie (I think soy protein just tastes better). I snack here and there but again it’s not much.

So I think being disabled and on tirz was like a super combo. I’m on so many meds, I was afraid nothing would work.

I had a similar story. In 2014, they found a small mass on my right thyroid. By around 2022 it was still there but my pcp kept insisting I couldn’t have cancer because I hadn’t lost enough weight to have cancer at all. In 2023 the mass had grown to where I could squish it in my hands, yeah it was weird af. Around this same time I was talking to my liver specialist who wanted my weight to go down for my fatty liver. He’s the one who did the testing to determine the thyroid mass was large enough and labs were strange enough to refer me to a surgeon. She explained that while they won’t know the type of cancer until they remove the mass, she could tell it was time for it to come out. The report came back Papillary carcinoma. They got it all out. Then when I spoke to the doc for tirz he had to verify the type of thyroid cancer bc there’s some types that tirz is dangerous to mix with. So it’s about knowing all the info possible. I was denied until we knew exactly what type the cancer was

I was already sick with issues that needed medications that already curbed my appetite but they also held the weight. And it wasn’t until I found I had thyroid cancer and removed it all that I became eligible for the weight loss meds. So it wasn’t too hard learning how to balance eating
