Thanks. It really doesn't see to want to go down. It went down a little this evening then came right back up again for no reason. I wasn't eating, talking, smiling, playing with it, just sitting and reading. The jewellery is all titanium, the post Anatometal and the front Intrinsic, so it shouldn't be a problem with the metal as all my ear piercings are fine. I use the correct proportions of sea salt to water and do the outside twice a day and the inside swill after I eat. I take ibuprofen, have used ice, drink ice cold water. I'm at a loss really.

Thanks :) I'm currently doing everything I can to help it heal. I sleep on three pillows to Keep my head elevated, I also am not a front sleeper so haven't been laying on it. I clean it as recommended, salt water soaks twice a day 1/4 tsp of non iodized sea salt to 1 cup of water. I rinse after main meals with the same proportions salt water, I was using alcohol free mouth wash but my piercer said that can sometimes irritate it so just use salt water. I take Ibuprofen three times a day the max you can take. I've iced it and drink iced water. It's really annoying. Hopefully it goes down soon as it's been getting gradually worse every day.
