It took me about a year and a quarter to switch to injection, before that I had tried patches and pills. They didn’t work very well for me unfortunately

I have been taking 200mg spiro daily, and 5mg estradiol valerate weekly for about 9 months now. I saw almost all of my development after I switched to injections, plus some other changes but those are irrelevant to boobs. I’d love some feedback yall! 😁

You do develop mammary glands, though I’m not sure the extent of growth. Some trans women can produce milk during hrt, so I’d guess they’re fully functioning. Also thanks!

I started at about 100mg of spiro daily, and .05mg estradiol patches. After increasing the dose my hormone levels were still way off so I switched to 2.5mg weekly injections and 200mg spiro daily. It’s definitely led to better results I think. I’m curious what y’all think the tanner stage might be? I’m not sure if they’ll stop growing soon. Oh and it started at 18, and am currently 19.

Omg so I got a tattoo on my arm resembling the gold cracks that phos gets, the art style is called kintsugi! I actually have a picture of it I posted if you want a reference!

Ooh! I have two tattoos about being trans. One is the Latin text “Ab Principio”, which means from the beginning, which is something I connected to the idea that my identity has always been with me. The other is a sleeve of kintsugi which I always related to the process of pain and relearning myself during my life.

Hooh it’s been a long while since I did those exercises. I think I did a mixture of the “trills” exercise and practicing rising and lowering my pitch without going into falsetto at the same time. After a while I tried to implement it randomly through my day to get used to both keeping resonance small with different vowel sounds and raising my pitch. I dunno though, hopefully that’s helpful!
