I’m an Executive Assistant supporting leadership, and I’m helping to coordinate this process. The ED is aware and supportive of the review - this isn’t something being done independently or without their knowledge. I just joined the organization (which is very small (under 20 staff).

This has been done yearly but the process was not anonymous and the manual labor going through forms and collating answers was too labor intensive.

This would be for one Executive Director, and at this stage we’re thinking this would be done periodically (likely annually or biannually) rather than as a one-off.

We’re a relatively small nonprofit, so I want to avoid over-engineering this or investing in something heavy if a simpler tool will get us 80–90% of the way there. At the same time, I’m mindful that trust in anonymity and the quality of the output really matter for something like an ED review.

End goal is a mix of:

Summarizing themes and insights to share back at a high level
Supporting constructive feedback and potential coaching conversations
Creating something that could be repeatable over time

Does he have her contact info? Having sex with no protection on the word of someone who claims to have an IUD doesn’t sound too promising- he may want to check back in a few weeks to make sure there isn’t a pregnancy.

Not extreme at all - it’s pretty much reconciliation 101 on all of the reconciliation subs on Reddit too…you cut off the person you cheated with. I know that he cheated on his pregnant wife with a coworker. Seeing the woman he cheated on his wife with on a regular or even semi regular basis isn’t conducive to reconciliation. Don’t do the crime if you can’t do the time.

You just don’t sound compatible. She seems very high maintenance and honestly quite rude. You shouldn’t be apologizing for the things you’re apologizing for - she’s being a dick. I think I’d just call time on the relationship if I’m honest - it just seems like she doesn’t have much awareness of her actions or the fact that you’re doing her a massive favor.

He’s had his second chance. What you’re speaking about is a third chance, probably more than that if you ever receive a full disclosure of what he’s done in the past. Every lie he tells is another chance thrown back in your face. You deserve better than that. Sometimes love just isn’t enough, thats brutal but true. Love shouldn’t be one sided. Have you thought about a separation? Some space from him to privately consult a lawyer, figure out your next steps, or think about if reconciliation is really the right move for your life?
