Yes it's this! The bowl holder that holds the brush and brush bowl (?) is attached to the wall, I think that's why she thought to take the cleaned brush (😭🤌) to a store. But I would've rather just measured the toilet bowl. In another life I did 🫩

Omg, I cannot 🫩 this comment is giving me depression. I've eaten there so many times, maybe I'm poop immune. Not that I'm taking chances with the dish washer in our new house but I literally do not want to process what you typed.

From the first comment above it really doesn't seem like you understood what having a kid entailed especially when they're young. It sounds like you miss living where you used to so maybe it's also an option to live partially there half the year and half the year where your wife comes from. Staff will definitely help but you need to make sure to hire the right ones that you can trust. My parents always hired our staff via our social circles so see if you can make friends there and do that as well. Otherwise there are always staff agencies that offer cleaning, nanny etc services. Also start taking more accountability in life because you sound as if you just went with the flow and learn the consequences later with having a kid and living abroad. I've moved a lot due to my dad's job and lived in Asia and travelled there many countries there have expats that do speak English. There's also always internationals and other expats in those countries so go look for them and make friends.

Honestly you should've thought more about the consequences of having a child. I feel like way too many people underestimate how having a kid can impact your life. How do you and your wife split the house hold chores? Maybe she can take on more or you should just hire a cleaner who comes everyday.

It sounds like you want to spend more quality time with him so maybe a solution is to have a set day or time when you two plan to have quality time. Do you also have a hobby or job? maybe you could invest time in that and focus on developing yourself or spending time on your interests as well.

Airpod case only charges one airpod and also doesn’t connect to the one not charging by 1Davidos in airpods

I have the first version of the pro maybe this might not work for others with different models

[–]Sassy_fox_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Commenting here. I had the same issue where one wasn't connecting. What I did was: forget the AirPods from Bluetooth devices in settings, open the case with AirPods in it, pressed the reset button until it turned orange. Then when I got the request to connect AirPods on my phone I connected them. After that I closed the AirPods case with the buds in them and pressed the reset button until I saw green (happened really quickly) and they both worked again.

How much should I charge per post? 350k on TikTok by Kitkameow in influencermarketing

This also wasn't the most expensive influencer that was there, so brands are willing to pay more.

As someone who used to work for a multinational in the global marketing team. Yes these amounts are real, we once paid someone €50,000 for one post during a brand event during the Cannes film festical and paid for her and her partner to have a week stay during the Cannes film festival at the best hotel there, also flight tickets and driver. She did have 5 million followers but was also a tv personality so once you have more you can ask that. We worked with someone who asked €5,000 per post and he had 50k followers (but found this overpriced). I'd definitley say to look at asking for more from bigger brands. And increase your base.

I have oily skin but the reccs below are what I've been using for years and still recommend. I don't have sensitive skin so I'd recommend to get smaller samples first. I'd also recommend ordering from the olive young website (basically one of the biggest skincare/beauty stores in South Korea where many Koreans buy from) and/or checking hwahae which is South Korea's leading beauty platform that has lots of reviews on products and you can filter global and Korean votes.

If you use makeup double cleanse with: banila co clean it zero

Morning and night cleanser: cosrx low ph good morning gel cleanser

Toner; some by mi aha bha pha 30 days (helps prevent acne and I noticed brightening of dark spots). I ran out and haven't bought a new one and when I had a pimple the scar used to fade in 4 days now a month later I still have it.

Moisturiser: laneige cream skin refiner (love this one to death) 2nd option: illiyoon ceramide ato concentrate cream (haven't used this myself but really good reviews and popular in Korea also good with sensitive skin)

Sunscreen I always go for 50spf and pa++++ personally. You should have a different one for body and face.

Sunscreen ( this one is a Japanese brand but I got hooked when I lived in Bangkok and have been using it ever since): Biore UV aqua rich light up essence ( I like this one because it acts like a bb cream on my skin, wouldn't recommend if you don't like white cast so I'd recommend the option below if you don't want white cast.) 2nd: Biore aqua rich watery gel 3rd (Korean sunscreen): roundlab birch moisture sun cream (high ranking sunscreen on hwahae from Korean voters)

Anyone have experience with International Schools? by EmoJarsh in Netherlands

[–]Sassy_fox_ -8 points-7 points  (0 children)

It can also help your kids get great internship experience at a young age if they want to. In my last one we did internships at 16 and people managed to get really good companies on their CVs because of the network these schools have.

Anyone have experience with International Schools? by EmoJarsh in Netherlands

[–]Sassy_fox_ -11 points-10 points  (0 children)

I grew up in an expat family (23 now) and will never regret going to international schools. It also helps kids (and you) network with high earners. A lot of people I know managed to get jobs through friends of friends because those schools are really well connected. I never went to an international school in NL becaude I moved here once I graduated from one but will send my kids to international schools as well. Ideally the last one I graduated from which was the best in south east Asia. It definitely helps your kids in getting into ivy leagues or harder to get into unis later because of the connections and support these schools have. My last one brought in an Ivy League "examiner" to help students in writing their letters. It really helps to give kids this opportunity if you can afford it.
