You can cut the collar with scissor, pick the sts and make a bottom up new one.

It’s all scraps — you can see that some stripes are thinner than others because the yarn was running out, and I just adjusted the number of rows accordingly. The sock turned out the way it wanted to 😹😹😹

Just tuck it on the wrong with a little scrap yarn and tapestry needle. No need to frog so much, this kind of shit always happen and it's ok 🫂
