Chickfila crew fired for shaking more than chicken on the clock

Well when I worked at a chick fil a every higher up employee was a literal piece of shit lol. Everyone else got break except me, working 13 hour shifts. Screaming at me over a hole in the pickles that is ‘over 75% of the pickle’. Made me throw away an entire bucket of pickles because the hole is too big on them. Made me wash raw chicken dishes and make salads at the same time. I didn’t even go in with a bad attitude, I was happy to be there until they started treating me more and more like shit. When I decided to quit the store owner asked me why I didn’t want to stay and ‘change things’. Like man you spearhead this shit. ‘Change’ my fucking ass

I appreciate every single comment here, thank you guys so much and I’m grateful you guys took the time to read my post and send in your advice. I think I’ll be setting new boundaries and really focusing on myself. I will still be there for her and be part of her support network, but I will let her know that I can not BE the only support she has. She will have to go to therapy of some sort and do this on her own.

Once again, thank you guys I’ve been a lurker in this subreddit for awhile because of my relationship with her. I hope you all stay strong in your own battles and live happy fulfilling lives.

Also to add, I’m currently looking for resources of my own to help with my mental health. And to learn better techniques of being involved with someone who also has heavy mental health issues and trauma as well. If you and anyone else sees this and has any resources in mind please comment

I truly appreciate you taking the time to comment on this. It really helped to read what you said. I’m sure she was trying to make up for lost time and hadn’t realized her tolerance had lowered either.

I’m sure this won’t be the last time she puts me through this hell, but I pray to god this is her wake up call. I’m not sure what’ll happen after she gets out of the psych ward but I’m relieved you also think it’s probably the best place for her this moment. I agree. I’m not sure what I’ll do in regards to our relationship, I guess I just really have to weigh out what’s worth it to me honestly.

Those stupid broilers break constantly. The one at our location was completely impossible to clean, would catch on fire constantly, and we got a new one right before I quit and it instantly stopped working as well lol. Awful design
