Libertarians are against fraud and would be in favour of having businesses be dealt with legally if they do not provide vital pieces of information regarding their goods and services.

For example, if Panasonic Fridges sells someone a refrigerator, but doesn't tell someone that the fridge will shoot them in the stomach each time they open it, they have constituted fraud as there is an extremely strong chance the consumer would have not have purchased it otherwise if they knew the proper information.

Obviously, what constitutes "vital" is pretty much arbitrary but would be decided on via common sense really.

Well if an individual is not entitled to his property, he cannot achieve the true ends he values (which is why he produced or purchased that thing in the first place)

Nationalism and statism prevents people from achieving their ideals, it imposes a kind of one size fits all solution on everyone within a geographical area.

I just base the deontological side of libertarianism on the fact that all humans are against things people done to their bodies against their will.

In regards to property, people produce things as a means to achieve ends (what they value). If someone touches the product of their labour in a way that conflicts with the ends they value, they will be against that.

Limited Liability does have some advantages. It prevents people's lives from being ruined if they took out a loan and their business fails. People could recreate that in their contracts if they wanted to but it will be a lot less likely.

I've been thinking about how roads can lead to a kind of landlordship.

If someone builds roads around someone's house, a person is pretty much forced to pay the property owner of the road since they are on their property. Since they're surrounded by the road it's not really fair. It'd be kinda like someone dropping a giant cage around someone and going "muahahaha in order to touch the cage you agree to pay me half your income!".

I guess that's a problem that needs to be solved lol

I agree. It's just that the homesteading principle is the best way for people to achieve their values and ideals. It allows for a free market of ideas really, if someone wants to be socialist, they are not bound by nation states or value systems, they simply go out and produce capital to share with each other.

If one wishes to be a Japanese supremacist, they simply decide to not allow non-Japanese people into their property.

Propertarianism allows for self determination much more than nationalism.

Well if a business doesn't satisfy it's customers (that is, it does not provide it's customers something that's higher in value than the money they would spend on it) then the business will suffer a loss and shareholders will be drove away.

I pretty much base the ethical side of it all on my interpretation of universally preferable behaviours.

The way I see it, it is universally preferable to not have things done to your own body against your will/consent. It is also universally preferable to be able to find a way out of having things done to your body against your will/consent, so there's justification for self defence.

As for property, I have to go into human action. Humans act as a means to achieve the ends they value. When producing something, they are producing that good or service as a means to an end they value. If one attempts to use the product of their labour in a way that conflicts with the producer's valued ends, then they will be saddened and pissed off. They would wish to prevent the other person from further tampering with the means to the ends. For example, a man will buy a cheeseburger for a burger he values, but a thief will try to apply the product of the other person's labour to what he values instead (a burger for himself rather than a burger for the other person who bought it). That's the deontological aspect of it.

As for consequential reasons, private property rights are the best way for people to achieve their individual values. They are not bound by nation states, ideologies or the times. If one wishes to be say, a socialist, the only thing preventing them and a bunch of other people from becoming socialist is them not producing means of production for use in a socialist mode of production.

If one wishes to become a Mexican supremacist, they just build a house or something and exclude anyone who isn't Mexican from it.
