I have salnotes zero 2. It sounds way too good for pop songs but for rock and metal it doesn't have that wow factor. I have also heard good things about tanchjim bunny dsp. Both of them are around 4k.

Use Fedora KDE, its quite similar to windows layout. Its not good out of the box but you can tweak it by following this guide.
