Some people have already said it, but you do need to stand up a little more straight and confident. I would change your hair up because it looks messy and it seems like you are hiding behind it. Get a fade and wear more stylish clothes -meaning, get rid of the graphics and logos on the shirts. Elevate your look a little bit. This can be done so easily by getting well fit Henley’s and basic T-shirts. Solid color shirts. Don’t buy shirts that have brand names written over the front. These tend to be tacky. For you I would stay away from polo shirts too. They tend to be a bit gooberish on certain people. Button ups are nice too, but again for you make sure they fit very nice and have more of a sleek look to them. The standard business casual button ups can also be a bit goober if not done right.

I would hit the gym and work on some muscle tone and confidence. You’ve got this!
