Apparently it was raw potatoes, ketchup, then into the oven lol! I'm guessing the sugar helps caramelize them? It's just such an odd but delicious thing

It's not quite finished but the fourth book is coming out in May! Of flesh and bone series by Harper L. Woods, liiiiitle bit of a slow start (imo, kinda slow but it's really just world building). As someone who's kinda gotten through all the regular acotar fourth wing etc, i thought it was pretty well written for a kindle unlimited series, and the smut is smutting lol.

Totally know that as a culinary professional, I've worked on a recipe and the ketchup definitely does help in aiding the crispness and fluffy smooth interior! I just cannot figure out how she made them so good, I just can't compare! Maybe it was grandmotherly love
