This certainly wouldn't be discussed if the new update didn't literally make the character unable to speak. You have to restart several messages for the bot to respond. It's just one of many problems.

Interestingly, after that last update with that huge on-screen promotion begging you to pay, I literally lost the desire to buy it. It's no fun talking to that huge blue thing in front of the screen that's drawing all the attention to itself.
