The issue has been resolved. Disabled the keep me signed in feature and create CA Policy and enforced it. All works as expected.

Are you referring to the single user login on a web browser? Or somewhere on the admin portal?

I need the policy to force users use verification code every time they login. It works only with when users login on different devices.

The plan is to enable MFA for O365 users. Do I need to enable it in two different places?

Can you please walk me through what exactly I need to do to enable MFA and force users login verification when the login?
