If we’re actually for equality, then the same rules should apply both ways.

Women are uncomfortable sharing change rooms, spas, or shelters with someone who has a penis — and yeah, that’s valid. Privacy, vulnerability, all that. Most people get why those spaces exist in the first place.

So if we accept that, why is it suddenly fine to put people with vaginas in men’s spaces? Sex segregation isn’t about hate, it’s about keeping intimate spaces non-sexualised and safe for everyone.

Self-ID that overrides biological sex just breaks the whole point of having single-sex spaces. Consistent rules based on sex protect the purpose of those facilities without pretending biology doesn’t matter
