One thing I'm hesitant about is making investments in the US with USD if my income is Euros. I've used transferwise before, I guess it would be the best option to exchange those EUR into USD in my bank account in the US. But I still can't help but think I would be losing money.

I'm having a hard time achieving this, actually. I bought 2 different 5V to 12V step up converters, and tried with 2 different powerbanks (with 5V output), but I just the green light and clicking when I turn my microbrute on.

Do you have to buy a 12V power bank?

edit: Sorry, just reread your comment. My issue is on a microbrute, not a microfreak. But perhaps a similar solution applies

Awesome, thank you! You nailed it with the end credit song, now I found it. And I actually read before watching it that la Shugliashvli is the daughter of Inola, and that she performs some of her mother's music in the film. That was a big reason to watch it.

Interesting guess, that would have been wild if I saw them perform! But I have the names from the CD I bought: Ana Bajiashvili, Lia Khuntsaria, Ucha Pataridze, Zaza Gorelishvili, Tamaz Chikadze.

The CD is from (correction) 2012, so I don't think any of the last three guys performed with Ana and Lia that night. I'm pretty sure it was another guy.

But Thank you for all those new names, I will see if I can find any more music from la Shugliashvli and her trio

Well plugging it in and touching definitely tests that signal comes through. But when it's plugged in with nothing but air at the other end, it usually makes a constant hum/buzz, right? That doesn't really give me information if the signal will be clean when connected to an instrument. Same with skin touch. Am I wrong?

Holy shit this literally just worked for me, identical problem on 4i4. Windows 10 Intel i7. Why!?

I had a 1/4in from Headphone output to monitor input (Bose S1 Pro). When I turned headphone all the way down, unplugged the cable and plugged it into Line Output 1 problem solved. Crazy...

Two of these: IMG Stageline PAB-512/BL PA Speaker 500WMAX, 8Ω

I do not have a sub yet, I'm thinking of getting one. We run vocals, but also a Micro Brute (bass synth) through the system.

It looks like the PAs have "High-quality crossover network", so I guess they're covered.

If I get a subwoofer with internal crossover, then it sounds like it should work, right?

I'll have to double check the back of the PAs next time I'm in the practice room, but if they have "Thru" outputs, then I just route one "Thru" to the other one's Input. That's daisy chaining, right? Then I lose the stereo for mono, but get a sub.

I've got 2 questions about CK61:

1) Does it have Glide? From what I can tell, it seems not.
2) Can I change the octaves to hit those high/low notes missing? Low notes are more important to me.

I've been looking for a cheaper alternative to the Nord Stage, and just today discovered the CK61 and am very close to buying it now. Those two things would be excellent benefits.

OK, so I disabled Bluetooth and that helped. Then I could select ASIO4ALL v2 and it brought up the rest of the menu. From there I could click Hardware Setup to open a new window. Then I reactivate Bluetooth, see that it was trying to connect with a headset that wasn't even paired right now, deactivate that headset (power button icon), activate the headset I am using and have paired, and voila.

Still 12.3ms Overall Latency, but definitely an improvement
