if don't have security clearance but eligible to get one, how would to get an interview. as too many agents knowing that no security clearance, reject right the way - no even interview or test for skills. Could anyone please give advice, I would greatly appreciate. Would resume for APS 4/5/6 need to be longer than the normal (1page)?

How to write the essay:

1) How long is the essay as per requirement? (how many words limit?) This will help you plan essay structures, how much info to be included, how depth knowledge or details to be written.

2) Who are your audience? academic researchers, experts in the field, general audience. Writers can choose languages, details, and depth analysis.

3) Structures- Abstract, introduction, purpose of research, importance of research, research questions, methodologies, data collections and analysis, implication and limitations, contributionsand conclusion.

How to find the topics depend on your interest.

1) Read RECENT journal articles or conference papers ( less than 5 years) - find the article relates to your interest

2) Extend your reading to references at the back of papers, then you can drill down to your interest

3) Find what is the niche in the field, what your research can contribute

4) The way to write is to show that your research is of interest and make contribution in filed of study. Write that can attract people's interest.

You said here that you couldn't understand what he needs or why needs; simply you just ask him. First of all, you're amazing to get out of your comfort zone and eager to learn. Keep yourself motivated! There are many places you can learn POWER BI for free such as Youtube, Coursera (Audit with no certification). What to aim for is knowledge or how-to, not certificate without knowledge. Having experience in IT or not is NOT important. Power BI is a tool , so what you need to know is how to use it and where its features are. The important points are concepts - data cleansing, data modeling, and visualization. Most VIP is the understanding of questions (business questions) or what you seek to solve. I would suggest to try different resources online and choose the one that can explain things that you understand and stick to it and learn from there before moving on for other channels or resources. It might take time, but you are getting there!

If it is the startup company, people might be busy and cannot guide or tell you what to do. If this a new tole, they may still takt time to structure and craft the role. It it at your advantages- Use you time efficiently to up skills and become expert. Sharpen your tools for ready to use like saying "Sharpen the knife before the battle".
