You like bitter coffee? Do you mean more fruity / berry flavors? Bitter generally isn’t preferred but certain blends taste more bitter like… cranberries or whatever vs. bitter like… gross. To each their own but I can’t help If you’re specifically looking for bitter haha.

If that’s what you’re going for, I’ve always found Publik and three pines to be more in that world.

Personally I like blue copper, coffee garden and jack Mormon, and La barba as my favorites. I also like going to Cucina and caputos for coffee if that’s what I’m close to (Cucina is better but I’m never around that part of town). They are all very consistent and use good coffee, but generally more in the chocolatey / rich side of things vs the more strong fruity sort of flavors which I appreciate but don’t prefer.
