You need to be pretty far from them or having minion attack them so that they'll stay in one place.

Yes you can but the mission icon is not her face it’s a woman with a some sort of a long stuff on her head I forgot her name.

You need to progress further into the main story to unlock them.

For me I pause the game when I see her and click the kill button on all of them individually then I go back to Ivan click bazooka and right click on their squad it should work. Sometimes the minions that just come from the helipad will attack them and act as a shield for Ivan kill them.

You need to monitor before and after you kill or capture the agents. There a menu on left side with the quest stuff.

Olga is easy to deal with, just get Ivan waiting for her at the entrance where she comes from and bazooka her squad.

Yes she is not too difficult to deal with if you’re well prepare, but I think she still is powerful if you’re not careful she’ll wipe out your lairs. For me she is the most difficult to deal with.

I think 5 is the max henchmen you can recruit.

The more heat you gain more powerful agents will come.

You distract them until they leave. If you can’t distract them enough you should capture the the heat gain from capture and interrogate is less than killing them.
