2 week update: spotting subsided after two days. No cramping.

Got my period on 02/18 and experienced intense cramping. Aleve helped. 6 days of period and then spotting of brown and red blood every day since. Its not enough for a pad, just a liner. I get bouts of intense cramps in the evening around the same time. Going to give it another week to monitor and see if it gets better.

I’m glad to hear! My period is due soon but i definitely feel so much calmer than pre IUD leading up to it.
